An original handmade dish featuring the waves of our ocean. A unique design by Ignace, created in our ARTISANN ceramics studio in Knokke. Appetizers, sushi, snacks, and more: the uses for this handmade dish are endless.

The wavy, organic shape is as practical as it is stylish. Available in small and large sizes.

Also often sold as a unique gift for a friend, mom, dad, family, and more, to enjoy the conviviality at the table.

The "Wave" tapas dish is handmade from our natural clay and glazed here in white.

Making Process

• Made with a slab and hand-applied with a wavy motion, using our sturdy natural fireclay clay.
• Let it dry slowly for a week.
• Biscuit-baked in an oven up to 950°C.
• The (own recipe) glaze is applied with a brush.
• Fired in a glaze kiln at 1250°C, making the plates high-quality and dishwasher-safe.

Each scale is labeled with the "a" for Artisann and is patented.

All our scales also carry the HIB label, which means "Handmade in Belgium," and we are proud of that.
