Handmade wavy Matcha bowl (without spout) are available in various sizes. Our Matcha bowl is turned on a potter's wheel into an elegant round shape, creating a unique experience while whisking your Matcha tea.

The Matcha bowl is very versatile, not only for Matcha tea but also for breakfast. It's a lovely bowl for enjoying cereal, granola, fruit, yogurt, and more, with a happy feeling and a good morning. This creates a unique atmosphere at the table, with a personal, handmade, and original experience that will impress your guests.

The "Turquoise" collection is made from Italian potter's clay and finished with a beautiful turquoise glaze. On the outside of each bowl, I deliberately leave a rough clay area on the underside, contrasting with the glazed interior and top.

My work is characterized by the shaped "a" for artisann.

Ann Van Beersel's ceramics represent functionality, beautiful, high-quality objects that can be used every day, with imperfection as a common thread in my design. Manufacturing Process

• The bowl is turned on a potter's wheel with a special tool to accentuate the curves.
• The bottom is finished with the appropriate tools on the potter's wheel.
• Allow to dry for one week to ensure the bowl is dry.
• Biscuit firing in a kiln at 950°C takes at least one and a half days.
• Glazed by hand and with a brush.
• Fired in a glaze kiln at 1250°C for two days. The high firing process is possible because the clay is stoneware and can withstand these high temperatures. I also specifically designed the glaze recipe for a 1250°C firing and is of high quality.

Easy to maintain, dishwasher-safe, and resistant to high temperatures.

This is Belgian with a quality guarantee and carries the HIB "Handmade in Belgium" label.
