This handmade "Boomerang" plate from chefs Artisann I-line is ideal for presenting fish, shellfish, snacks, sushi,....
The contrast with the magenta Sunrise glaze is very natural. Easy to handle and stack
This plate is available in pyrite and chamotte clay in various high-quality glazes.
Making process:
- Handmade plate with fine natural chamotte clay
- Let it dry for a week to make sure the plate is dry enough A biscuit bake in a 950° oven which lasts at least a day and a half
- Glaze is applied with the brush It is fired in a glaze kiln at 1250° and lasts two days.
The high bucket is possible because the clay is stoneware clay and can withstand this high temperature. I also specially designed the glaze recipe for a baking of 1250° and it is of high quality. This baking and making process determines that the "Coquillage" collection has a high quality, so that pieces jump, crack, ... are virtually nil.
Easy to maintain, dishwasher safe and high temperature resistant.
